Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, a yogi and a Vedic Rishi, is a visionary social innovator and a prominent spiritual leader. Swami spent 20 years in the Himalayas as a young monk receiving in-depth training and education in Vedic knowledge including yoga, eastern medicine, meditation, mindfulness, philosophy and mystic arts from enlightened masters in a 5000-year-old unbroken lineage of Vedic tradition.
His mission to serve the cause of human flourishing led him to America, where he went to medical school and is currently a senior graduate student at Johns Hopkins studying business with a focus in organizational leadership, healthcare management, and social innovation.
On his journey to serve humanity, Swami Brahmananda has traveled extensively around the globe. He has shared the message of yoga, peace, health, and harmony with 1000’s of his students in America, Europe, and India.
